The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) is a research-focused, international Faculty which consistently ranks highly in international business rankings. The position is situated in the Department of Innovation Management and Strategy which comprises six Full Professors, 8 Associate Professors, and 20 Assistant Professors in addition to PhD students.

Job description
The Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen is seeking to appoint a new Professor of Organization and Management Studies to compliment and further develop research and teaching within the Department of Innovation Management and Strategy. The new Professor will develop a world-leading research profile in the field of Organization and Management Studies, and will provide leadership and contribute to the Innovation and Organization programme. Although we are looking for senior candidates, more junior scholars can also be considered for the position.
Qualifications
Senior appointees must have a track record of outstanding academic research and teaching, a strong international network and demonstrable management qualities. For junior candidates, our primary search criterion is potential to publish in top journals and excellence in teaching. Candidates from under-represented groups are particularly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be appointed as a Fellow of SOM (the research school of the Faculty).
