The Department of Management in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Tempe Campus) invites applications for one or more tenured positions in the area of Strategic Management starting Fall, 2011. These positions will be at the rank of Associate or Full Professor.
Applicants must possess: an earned doctorate in a related field; demonstrated research and teaching interests in the area of Strategic Management and a research and publication record appropriate to rank. Evidence of effective university teaching experience is also required.

With the Editor of Academy of Management Review , incoming President of the Academy of Management, an Associate Editor of Academy of Management Journal , an Associate Editor of Organization Science plus multiple faculty who either current serve or have served as editor or associate editor of other top journals, the department has a very active research environment. Teaching excellence is also very important and Management faculty members regularly win a disproportionate share of teaching awards at all program levels in School and are ranked #1 in terms of international textbook authors.
