We would like to invite you to join us in Corporate Governance Strategic Interest Group at EURAM. The conference will take place in Rome between 19 –22 May 2010. The deadline for paper submission is December 7th, 2010.
Following the new structure adopted by EURAM eight tracks are organized under the Corporate Governance SIG:

No:11. Downsizing, financialization and regulation
