    -----------Apologies for cross posting-------

I have posted on a site (http://ot.cavarretta.com) extensive material that may be interesting to Organizational scholars, especially students.

    The site contains:

    *       An Endnote database containing most references central to OT (estimated at roughly 900 articles, plus a few others, the whole
database contains 3500 ref). Most references include abstracts, and many of them contain summaries/comment gathered from various sources.
    *       A sets of Mindmaps mapping the fields in 20 areas (Micro:  motivation, attitudes, emotions, etc. and Macro: institutional, evolution, power, etc.). It is not clear how those can be reused, but at least they provide directions and may suggest others to use mind-mapping in their scholarly activities. The maps represent roughly 90 pages of  text, and point extensively to the literature by referencing through the  above database.

This material is most likely immediately useful to pre-comps/quals students in OB and Strategy. Others that always wanted to use a bibliography software but felt lazy to start accumulating references may take that opportunity to catch up. Others may be intrigued by the maps.

Do not hesitate to provide feedback! Enjoy and Happy Holidays to you all!
