    Dr. Slawomir Redo slawomir@redo.net of the United Nations (stationed in
    Vienna, though living in New York till December while completing a book) has
    written asking:

    Could you recommend a tested (reliable) questionnaire to measure the
    strength of employee (official) commitment to the goals of the company
    (office)?
