    Hi Myles,

    Back in the late 90s the Robinson-Humphrey's IB firm compiled some nice
    industry surveys that provide great fodder for industry analysis, and
    have the five-forces analysis model at their core. One example is:
    COMPUTERS-PCS/WORKSTATIONS: INDUSTRY REPORT, THE ROBINSON-HUMPHREY
    COMPANY, INC. Sep 1, 1999. I access these with InvestText Plus
    (Thomson Infotrac), but there may be other ways to access it as well.
    The reports range in length, and this one is actually 72 pages because
    it goes into depth on several firms, in addition to the industry.
