We are pleased to announce the First Nordic Academy of Management Winter
Conference, 16-18 March 2006, hosted by Umea School of Business, Umea
University, Sweden. The conference theme is "Perspectives on Corporate
Responsibility and Sustainability". Scholars from the sub-disciplines of
business and management with a theoretical or empirical interest in
sustainability and responsibility are invited to submit papers. Please

The conference format allows for a limited number of participants, and
features informal and interactive discussions and in-depth exchanges of
ideas in a relaxed workshop atmosphere. Toward this end, we encourage
the participation of new academics to help broaden and strengthen our
network and infuse it with creative ideas. And of course we welcome
submissions from outside the Nordic countries.
