In addition to the Organizational Behavior group, our department is a vibrant and diverse interdisciplinary community consisting of Information Systems, Marketing, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, Process Management, International Business and Business Law. For the Organizational Behavior postdoctoral position, preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a related field such as psychology, economics, or sociology. Additional information about our area can be found at https://business.illinois.edu/ba/areas/organizational-behavior/. The OB postdoctoral research associate will be situated in the Department, but will have access to the broader scholarly resources of the College and University. The postdoctoral research associate is a two-year position. Applicants must have completed a doctorate in business or a related discipline prior to beginning the position and should be research focused.

Postdoctoral research associates are also invited to audit courses and are encouraged to participate in the Department's scholarly seminars and other intellectual activities. All postdoctoral research associates will have a research budget that may be further augmented through university grants. There are behavioral research facilities and a participant pool. The salary is competitive with other postdoctoral programs, and postdoctoral research associates have access to University health care plans. Postdoctoral research associates will be expected to teach two classes per year and engage in an active research agenda.
