Ben,
You should have a look at my OT Website: http//ot.cavarretta.com. It contains an EndNote database of core Organizational Theory references (roughly 900 entries), as prepared for a PhD general examination.
In addition, most reference contain full details including abstracts, and often some summaries, relying mainly on work by students at INSEAD and at Stanford.
The positioning towards OT does not fully cover your Strategy focus, but it has a nice overlap, was fed by some Strategy students, and you can't beat having it already into a bibliographic database shape.
For the curious (and visual) minds, the site also contains summaries of OT using MindMapping tool.
Enjoy!

Subject: BPS sources and syllabi
Dear colleagues,
I am currently in the second year of my studies in pursuit of a PhD in
Strategy at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. To this end, I have been
gathering a variety of bibliographies in order to identify the most
influential works in the literature relating to Business Policy and Strategy.
I would greatly appreciate any bibliographies or seminar syllabi that members
of the division could provide. In addition, if anyone would be willing to
provide a list of what they consider the top 5 or top 10 most influential
books in the discipline that would be very interesting and helpful as well.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Ben Blackford
PhD Student
