  • 1.  Major Work on the Multinational Enterprise

    Apologies for cross-postings.

    Sage Publications has released a three-volume scholarly summary and
    collection of articles edited by Jeffrey A. Krug (Virginia Commonwealth
    University) and John D. Daniels (University of Miami) entitled
    Multinational Enterprise Theory. The three volumes are entitled The
    Multinational Enterprise, Internationalization Process of the MNE, and
    Organizational Structure and Control.

    The collection includes 59 articles written by 101 different authors and
    published in 51 journals and scholarly books. It provides a broad
    overview of the literature on the MNE and will be sold to libraries
    worldwide as a reference for students and scholars. A major objective
    was to provide scholarly writings from a broad range of authors who may
    be well known in their own countries but less known outside, but
    nevertheless have made significant contributions to the field.

    I am looking for a well-written text book with case studies for an MBA
    course on 'Managing Transnational Organisations', particularly relevent to
    Asian context. Any suggesstions/ support is welcome. Even the course
    outlines are welcome.
