    Sorry to self-promote....depending on what you mean by strategic leadership, Bill Wooldridge and I developed scales for 4 middle management strategic leaderships roles. Items are reported in our article published in the SMJ Special Issue on Strategy Process (1992).

    I am doing a research project that examines strategic leadership challenges and priorities in different industry and organizational context and I am looking for a scale or set of scales to measure strategic leadership. I suspect that there are some previously developed scales and measures of strategic leadership but I have not yet been able to find them. If you are able to steer me in the right direction, please send me a mail.
