Apologies for cross-postings.
Researchers interested in international business may like to review a
new, three-volume collection of articles edited by John D. Daniels
(University of Miami) and Jeffrey A. Krug (Virginia Commonwealth
University) and entitled "International Business and Globalization."
The collection was recently published by Sage Publications
(www.sage.com) as part of its Contemporary Issues in Business and
Globalization Series.
The objective of this major work was to produce a scholarly summary and
collection of articles that included diverse viewpoints, classics as
well as modern treatises, analyses by writers from different parts of
the world, and entries from a broad spectrum of journals from business,
economics, and other disciplines. The collection includes contributions
from 39 scholarly journals and five books, spans a time-frame from 1960
through 2006, and includes authors of various nationalities who have
taught or work in a variety of organizations located around the world.
A table of contents is attached. The collection is designed for
libraries as a reference source and might be used for doctoral seminars
in international business and by researchers wanting an overview of the
field. Additional information on this collection may be found at
(http://www.sagepub.com/booksProdDesc.nav?prodId=Book230809).
