Strategy / International Business - Tenure Track Position
The National University of Singapore (NUS) is a leading research-focused institution. The University follows the North American system of curriculum and academic personnel. It has an enrolment of 23,500 undergraduate and more than 9,000 graduate students from over 80 countries. University departments enjoy a close association with 14 national-level, 16 university-level and 80 faculty-based research institutes and centres. The language of instruction is English.
The NUS <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype> consistently ranks among the top business schools in <st1:place w:st="on">Asia</st1:place>. The Department of Business Policy (http://137.132.179.30/BusinessPolicy/tabid/213/Default.aspx) has over 30 faculty members. Faculty members have published in major international journals including the Strategic Management Journal, <st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management Journal</st1:placename>, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management Review</st1:placename></st1:place>, Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science. The Department offers undergraduate, masters and doctoral degree programs. These programs attract students from all over the world.
The Department invites applications from Strategy / International Business scholars for tenure track positions (all ranks). Candidates should hold a Ph.D. or be near completion. Selection for full / associate ranks will be based on an established publication record and proven teaching experience. Selection for the assistant rank will be based on potential for publications in top journals and for effective teaching.
