    The Strategy area at Queen's School of Business is looking to fill a tenure-track position beginning July 1, 2008.  Rank for the position is open, and we encourage applicants at all levels of their academic career.  Simply put, we are looking for candidates who have the highest potential and commitment to excellence in research and teaching.  

    Successful candidates will have a strong research focus balanced with the ability to teach in a variety of our programs.  As you know, we offer courses in a wide variety of programs including undergraduate, MSc, Ph.D., MBA, executive MBA and executive education.  We have an approved concentration in the PhD program.  Candidates should either have completed their doctoral degree or be close to completing their degree by September 1, 2008.  

    The Strategy Area at Queen's is a small but energetic and collegial group of scholars with a wide variety of interests and backgrounds and a keen focus on both quality scholarship and teaching excellence.  Our members are particularly active in the areas of alliances and networks, institutional theory, innovation and change management, technology strategy, and social entrepreneurship, among others.
