Building a Performance Improvement System (book)

OD is a complex landscape of multiple disciplines and philosophies. The authors bring insight and clarity to this complex landscape with their breakthrough work, identifying the key characteristics of a performance management system and explain how to build a performance improvement system using the Baldrige Criteria, developed by the U.S. Commerce Department. Bruce May has over thirty years of business experience, both as an entrepreneur and as a business executive. He has been a member of the American Society of Training and Development since 2000. Richard Laramy has 25 years experience, in higher education (and some K-12) working in publishing (Pearson and McGraw-Hill),software development and consulting. Richard is trained in the Baldrige Model and is a member of the Board of Examiners for Quality Texas since '07 and is also on the Board of Advisors for University of Texas Austin Center for Performance Excellence.
