Apologies for any cross-postings. The <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Labor</st1:placename></st1:place> and Employment Relations has a vacant faculty position in Human Resources.
We are interested in candidates who have research and teaching interests in Strategic Human Resource Management, HR and Business Operations/Business Strategy/Finance, Macro Organizational Behavior, Employment Relations Systems, and related domains. We are particularly interested in individuals who can teach courses in HR finance or accounting as well as HR strategy. This is a full-time tenure-track position that combines research with teaching in the School's Master's and PhD programs in human resources and industrial relations. Qualifications
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in an appropriate social science discipline or business/professional area of study; however, ABDs who demonstrate a strong potential for conducting exemplary research and teaching and anticipate Ph.D. completion no later than August 2010 will be considered.
Appointment and Starting Date
Appointment will be as a tenure-track assistant, associate or full professor. Salary and appointment will be competitive and commensurate with the successful candidate's professional qualifications. Proposed start date is August 2010.
