Koen Heimeriks is Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University. His research focuses on micro-processes underlying capability development and deliberate learning in alliance and M&A portfolios. His work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Journal of Management Studies, Long Range Planning, Sloan Management Review/Wall Street Journal and Strategic Organization. He also serves on the Editorial Board of Organization Science and the Journal of Management.
