    We are seeking applicants for a chaired professorship of Business Leadership and hope to fill the position for the fall of 2010. The successful applicant should demonstrate an emphasis in leadership or closely related field and merit appointment as a full professor with tenure.     The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business invites applications for the Frank S. Holt Jr. Professor of Business Leadership. The position will begin in the fall of 2010. Expectations for the successful candidate for the position include:

    * doctorate in business with an emphasis in leadership or closely related field from an AACSB accredited program
    * a record meriting appointment as a full professor with tenure in a business school
    * significant leadership experience, preferably out of academia as well as in academia, including global exposure
    * proven and on-going record of excellent teaching, quality scholarship, and a commitment to university and professional service
    * desire, ability, and willingness to mentor faculty and students, assist the dean and university president in various roles related to leadership development, and work with the university-wide undergraduate Leadership Fellows Program
    * ability and willingness to teach undergraduate, MBA, and executive development courses
