    Clemson University is seeking candidates for two (2) tenure-track
    positions in strategic management/entrepreneurship. Candidates with a
    focus on technology and innovation are particularly encouraged to apply.
    Those with research interest in sustainability are also encouraged to
    apply. The appointments will be at the rank of assistant professor,
    beginning Fall 2011.

    The Department of Management is a comprehensive academic unit within the
    College of Business and Behavioral Science. The Department has 29
    full-time faculty members, and offers a bachelor of science and a master
    of science degree in management, and a Ph.D. in management. Management
    faculty members also teach in the College’s MBA program.

    Clemson University is located in Clemson, SC, a university town of
    approximately 13,000 permanent residents and 17,000 students. The city is
    situated on Lake Harwell in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and
    is within easy driving distance of Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, and
    Charlotte, NC. Numerous educational, cultural, and recreational
    opportunities enhance the quality of life in the community. The area is
    also home to several large multinational companies.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must anticipate completing all requirements for the Ph.D. by
    August 2011, and demonstrate potential for significant scholarly
    contributions and teaching effectiveness. Applications received before
