For those of you who are familiar with SDC Database, I have a question. I am trying to get a list of underpriced IPOs for a certain time period. I thought I found the correct criteria by choosing "percent change offer price to closing price at offer" but when I compared a sample company first day opening price with the first day closing price, I recognized that it is actually overpriced not underpriced. In other words, I cannot get the list that I want. As I am in urgent need of that list for my dissertation, I kindly ask SDC database experts out there to help me with this issue.
