Presenter: Russ Coff; U. of Wisconsin (SHC IG Chair); other members of the SHC IG launch committee
Overview:
Our intent in this caucus is to provide a forum to introduce the Strategic Human Capital Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society. We will introduce the group and some of its organizers. We will also discuss the theoretical and research issues of interest to the SHC group, as well as new topics and issues that might be of interest to members. Most importantly, the caucus will provide an opportunity for scholars interested in strategic human capital studies to meet other scholars with whom they might share concerns and collaborate on new projects. Coffee and bagels will be provided.
