    Dear All,
    May I request you to kindly help me to have some credible answers on the following question:

    Is there any guidelines available for operationalization of one construct in strategy management research? Or how do I defend operationalization of a construct? Is there any guidelines available for variable selection for strategy management research.

    This is my first posting. So I am not sure whether I have followed all the protocol to make this type of request. Please excuse me if i have violated any.
