Guclu,
At the risk of self-promotion, my own book (below) might be of some interest. Published in November, it is reasonably up to date. It takes an international look at corporate governance, with considerable attention to US issues. There is a chapter on sustainability and CSR topics as they relate to board decision-making and reputation. Indeed, the stance of the book overall involves looking at the issues from the point of view of directors.

Good luck with the course.

Subject: Corporate Governance and Sustainability-MBA Level
Dear Colleagues,
I will be teaching an MBA level corporate governance course (there is an emphasis on sustainability) next Fall. I would like to learn about the textbooks, cases, reading lists and teaching methods you adopt if you have experience teaching a similar course. Thank you, in advance, for your valuable time.
Best Regards,
Guclu Atinc
