The Economics and Strategy Group is looking for an individual who demonstrates enthusiasm for working in this growing area. You will make a major contribution to the research and teaching within the areas of Strategy / Strategic Management, at undergraduate and post graduate level. You will join a strategy group with a strong emphasis on longitudinal, qualitative strategy research. While we welcome applications from all areas of strategy, research that takes an interpretive approach to strategy would be an advantage, particularly in the area of strategy as practice or strategy process.
There is strong support among colleagues, much enthusiasm for research and teaching and there is a good corporate culture and team spirit. There are excellent opportunities and resources for developing one's own research and career, as well as for collaborating with colleagues.
You will have or be close to completing a PhD in a relevant area of strategy, and demonstrate the ability to publish in leading journals and be committed to excellence in teaching. For a Senior Lectureship appointment you will have a strong publication record in refereed international journals and be able to demonstrate an established on-going research programme in addition to leadership in research and teaching.
