  • 1.  looking for short case on alliances for senior exec audience

    I am looking for a short case for a senior exec audience that addresses issues involved in alliance formation (partner identification, evaluation and selection) and alliance governance, preferrably in a manufacturing context. I would appreciate all suggestions. Thanks.

    I taught Millennium Pharmaceuticals (HBS) case for quite some time. It is a slightly technical case (a lot of biotech industry context), but eventually the executives love it.
