Before the busy holidays, please take a moment to sign up to be a reviewer for the BPS Division for next year's Academy of Management meetings. The success of the BPS program depends upon your active involvement, especially your participation in reviewing submissions for the competitive program. While the growth in the number of submissions to the division has recently averaged around ten percent, the number of reviewers has declined from over 1100 to around 900. This has been a concern among BPS members and officers, given the desire to ensure high quality reviews and manage the number of submissions per reviewer. We are requesting for you to take part as a reviewer: please help us enhance our reviewer base and the developmental reviews we can provide authors. Thank you for your willingness to volunteer and contribute to the program in this important way by providing high quality and timely reviews.
To sign up: To sign up as a BPS reviewer, please visit the AOM reviewer signup website at http://review.aomonline.org/aom.asp. We will ask you to review about three submissions between January 11th and February 10th. Your reviewer assignment will be based on the five topic codes that you indicate represents your areas of expertise. Thank you in advance for your contributions to the review process!
