    ANNOUNCEMENT - MULTIPLE VACANCIES

    The Department of Management in the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking applicants for three faculty positions starting Fall 2012.  We seek to fill two (2) tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level and one (1) Clinical non-tenure tract position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice.  Salaries are competitive.

    Two (2) Tenure Track Positions:  Candidates should have an established record of research, with publications in the major management journals and high quality teaching. Successful candidates will be expected to be significantly involved in the Department's and College's research and graduate programs and teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels. Senior Assistants and Associates are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Specific requirements:

    Human Resource Management (HRM)/Organizational Behavior (OB): Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or DBA in human resource management (HRM), organizational behavior (OB) or related disciplines from an AACSB School or College of Business at the time of appointment. Candidates should have specific research and teaching interests primarily in HRM and secondarily in OB, an established record of research, with publications in the major management journals and high quality teaching.  Successful candidates will be expected to be significantly involved in the Department's and College's research and graduate programs and teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels. Senior Assistants and Associates are strongly encouraged to apply. Salaries are competitive. (Requisition #110550).

    Business Policy and Strategy:  Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or DBA in strategic management, business policy, organizational theory, or related disciplines from an AACSB accredited School or college of business at the time of appointment (August, 2012). Candidates should have an established record of research, with publications in the major management journals and high quality teaching.  Successful candidates will be expected to be significantly involved in the Department's and College's research and graduate programs and teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels. Senior Assistants and Associates are strongly encouraged to apply. Salaries are competitive. (Requisition #110549).  

    One (1) Clinical Non-Tenure Track Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice Position:  Applicants must have a Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB accredited School or College of Business at the time of appointment, and must demonstrate excellence in teaching, with capability to teach strategy and other management related courses. Successful candidates will be expected to be significantly involved in the Department's and College's teaching mission and teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels. Senior Assistants and Associates are strongly encouraged to apply. Salaries are competitive. (Requisition #110548).
