My name is Tanya Pyke and I am a doctoral student at Walden University carrying out a quantitative analysis on the Impact of Health Care Benefits on Job Satisfaction. The study is designed to investigate the relationship and attitude of employees’ healthcare benefits offered by employers and the influence on an employee's level of job satisfaction. Data is collected in this online setting in order to gain an objective randomly selected perspective. An improved understanding of the influence of healthcare benefits importance on the day to day planning and decisions from the employee's perspective. If there is an impact on an employee’s workplace decision(s), to what extent does this occur. Data exists in literature on this topic in a minimal way and as a part of larger studies causing the importance to employee’s day to day decisions to be lost.
The point of the study is to continue to improve how healthcare benefits are designed along with support more conscientious decisions among all those involved in healthcare design to implementation and the influence on an employee’s level of job satisfaction.
