Greetings from CARMA!
As you may know, CARMA (Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis) is a nonprofit academic center at Wayne State University that provides valuable programs to further the learning, application and teaching of introductory and advanced levels of research methods/ data analysis for organizational and management studies. CARMA is located in Detroit, Michigan and was established in 1997 by Dr. Larry J. Williams (former Chairperson of the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management and Founding Editor of Organizational Research Methods).
With this email I want to share information about CARMA Short Courses in Australia in February and May of 2014. In this email you will find links and related information about these courses that we would like you to share with your faculty and graduate student colleagues from this part of the world who might be interested. We have enjoyed great success in our past courses at the University of Melbourne and University of South Australia (based on course evaluations), and we want to build on this success as we continue our outreach efforts in Australia.
First, let me give you the details on our upcoming courses. More information about the courses and registration can also be found on our website:

As you may know we have an active Facebook page that allows people to share their experiences with CARMA. These posts on Facebook can be an important reminder to those who visit of our commitment to high quality research methods education. So, please visit the CARMA Facebook page and take a look at our recent post on our upcoming Australian Short Courses, and "like" the post to show your support. To help you remember your experiences, we have a link that will take you to a set of pictures from past courses in both locations: Pictures from past CARMA Short Courses in Australia, UniMelb and UniSA
