    Below is a revised posting for two positions at the University of Delaware.

    Assistant Professor Positions in Management
    Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics
    University of Delaware

    The Management Area in the Department of Business Administration invites
    applicants for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning
    September 2014. Primary qualifications include outstanding research
    potential and strong teaching ability. Candidates must hold a doctorate in
    Management or a closely related field, or be ABD with completion expected
    prior to joining the faculty. Candidates who have a few years of experience
    in rank as an Assistant Professor are also encouraged to apply; such
    candidates will have a demonstrated record of publication in top academic
    journals and evidence of effective teaching.

    The primary teaching area for one position is in international management.
    The primary teaching area for the other position is in strategic management;
    demonstrated interest in international management also is desirable for this
    position.

    Salary, benefits, and support are competitive and commensurate with
    experience and qualifications. Support for research is excellent, including
    a one-semester third-year research sabbatical, a large computerized
    behavioral lab and departmental subject pool, the availability of research
    and teaching assistants, access to databases (e.g., WRDS), and opportunities
