Job Announcement: Mississippi State University
The College of Business at Mississippi State University has a job opening for a full-time tenure-track position in management teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in one of the following areas: Entrepreneurship/Family Business, Strategic Management, and/or HRM with August 2014 start date. Research expectations are consistent with those of an accredited, doctoral-degree granting College of Business. Normal teaching load is six hours per semester.
Job Requirements: Successful candidate must have a PhD in Management or a closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered. Successful candidate should have the ability to do quality research leading to publication in top Management journals. A demonstrated willingness and ability to contribute to our family firm research focus area is expected. Demonstrated ability for and commitment to quality teaching in an area such as Entrepreneurship/Family Business, Strategic Management, and/or Human Resource Management. Commitment to appropriate levels of service within the department, college, and university.
