    Dear BPS List Manager & Colleagues,

                  A year or so ago a paper written by French authors was published (probably in the SMJ, AMR or OS) on the intriguing topic of the longevity or resurgence of the rational(istic) strategic decision model.  Although I have copies of these journals running back several years, at the moment I am unable to place this specific reference.  Could anyone kindly prod my memory?  Any help in this regard would be much appreciated.
