This professional development workshop is aimed at bringing together senior and upcoming scholars in the business policy and strategy division to develop and write a structured draft of a paper that builds on identified research questions and gaps. The PDW represents a working session- there will be no opening panel remarks; instead, the participants will convene in groups around identified questions of interest, and start discussing and writing right away. Pre-registration of participants, and prior discussion among registrants and facilitators will help identify research questions prior to the workshop, so that the valuable one-on-one time is devoted to working on the ideas and developing/writing a structured draft of a potential paper. We will restrict the size of the workshop to approximately 40 participants: each working group will be led by one of 10 facilitators, and will have no more than 3 registered participants. The small group atmosphere should enable value creation and collaboration among interested scholars who coalesce around specific research questions and areas of expertise

Pre-registration is required for this workshop. For pre-registration, please contact the workshop coordinator at pooyan.khashabi@unibocconi.it
, providing your name, surname, institute, position and broad interests, before July 10th. The selected participants will be informed beforeJuly 15th with the approval code to register.
