The Department of Management in the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of
Business at the University of Missouri (MU) invites applicants for a
tenure track assistant professor position in strategic management. We are
seeking candidates who have earned a PhD in strategic management or a
related discipline, have a record of or a demonstrated commitment to top-
tier publications in the area of strategic management. The successful
candidate will start in the fall semester of 2010.
The Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, housed in a state-of-the-
art seven-year-old $30 million building, consists of 58 full-time faculty
members who serve approximately 4,000 undergraduates, 275 master’s
students, and 40 doctoral students. The Department of Management consists
of fifteen tenure-track faculty members who share a strong commitment to
research and teaching and seek colleagues who share this commitment. The
department includes faculty with expertise in strategic management,
entrepreneurship, organizational behavior and theory, human resources,
management information systems, and operations and production. More
