Dear Colleagues,
Jing Zhou, Christina Shalley, Sejin Kim, and I are conducting a meta-analysis on top management teams and firm innovation. We are considering for inclusion any study that links TMT factors with firm innovation (or other similar outcomes).
We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g. working papers, papers accepted for publication, dissertations, master's theses, etc.), conference presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters on this topic.
