    INSEAD

    Post-Doctoral Position in Organizational Theory/Strategy/Entrepreneurship

The Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise (EFE) area at INSEAD seeks applications for a post-doctoral position from scholars with expertise in organization theory, strategic management, or entrepreneurship.

The post-doctoral fellow will have residence in one of our two campuses and be provided a salary and research budget. We are especially interested in candidates whose research interests have some overlap with those of our current faculty in terms of theoretical or methodological approaches.

This is a one-year position, renewable for one additional year contingent on academic achievement. The possibility of applying for a tenure-track position at INSEAD upon completion of the post-doctoral fellowship remains open.

    Qualifications:
Applicants should have or be close to completing a Ph.D. in organization theory, strategic management, or entrepreneurship, or a related social science discipline (e.g., finance, sociology), and demonstrate promise of becoming an outstanding scholar.

    Application:
To be considered for the position, please submit (1) curriculum vitae; (2) a brief profile of your research program, including datasets you have collected; (3) a summary description of your methodological skills, (4) up to three research papers, one of which must come directly from your doctoral dissertation; and (5) up to three letters of recommendation. Review will begin immediately. Applications will be considered until the position is filled.

Applications and letters of recommendation may be submitted by email to Elodie Hardy

If you have any questions about the position, please contact Ivana Naumovska.

INSEAD is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity as a source of enrichment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their personal characteristics or orientation.
