Tenure Track Assistant Professor Position in Management

Position summary: The Management department of Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level, beginning Fall 2016. Candidates should have a primary focus in the area of Strategic Management. Those with demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, specifically social entrepreneurship, are of particular interest.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed a PhD or doctoral degree in Management or appropriate field. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching, preferably with experience and verified excellence at the undergraduate level. Candidates must also have a demonstrated ability to publish quality research in peer-reviewed journals. Strong applicants will be committed to: cross-disciplinary collaboration and collegiality; the development of innovative and creative classroom educational experience; a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom; service to the department, school of business, university, community and profession.
