The Department of Management of CUHK focuses on management education and research with specific relevance to the Asia-Pacific region. The Department comprises a team of academics with extensive international experience who engage in a wide range of research projects related to organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, international management and entrepreneurship. Ranked as a world leader in international business research, the Department is a founding member of the Asia Academy of Management, an academic organization that fosters management education and research in the region.
