    Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree, preferably in Entrepreneurship/ Technology Management/Leadership, or other relevant discipline; (ii) strong research and teaching performance; and (iii) relevant professional and industry experience.  Duties include teaching mainly MBA courses in one or two of the above areas; and conduct high quality research which is publishable in top-quality journals in the management field.

    The Department of Management of CUHK focuses on management education and research with specific relevance to the Asia-Pacific region. The Department comprises a team of academics with extensive international experience who engage in a wide range of research projects related to organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, international management and entrepreneurship. Ranked as a world leader in international business research, the Department is a founding member of the Asia Academy of Management, an academic organization that fosters management education and research in the region. To further enhance our international business research, the Department set up the Center for International Business Studies (CIBS) in 2009.     Monthly Salary and Fringe Benefits

    Salary will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package, including medical care, plus a contract-end gratuity for an appointment of two years or longer and housing benefits for eligible appointee.
