We now seek two ambitious and exceptional colleagues at the Lecturer / Senior Lecturer level to join the Sir Roland Smith Centre for Strategic Management. The Centre is part of the Department for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation.

    We are seeking colleagues with research interests in the theory, development and practice of strategic management. In particular, we welcome applications of scholars interested in one or more of the following research areas: strategy practice and process, strategic renewal and change, behavioural strategy, international and corporate strategy. We look for candidates that are developing, or have the potential to develop, a strong international reputation for publication in the field.

    As part of the Centre you will also contribute to teaching strategic management at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Centre offers an excellent environment for research and teaching and from which to develop your academic career.
