    Dear colleagues,

Our new issue 15(3) is now available online at:
    http://www.management-aims.com
This issue features an Unplugged special topic dossier on illegal organizations.
We would like to offer our best wishes to our departing managing editor, Florence Villesèche, and thank her for the excellent work and commitment to the journal. Florence served as editorial assistant and then managing editor of M@n@gement between 2008 and 2012, and was an essential member of the editorial team. We wish her all the best for the upcoming steps in her academic career. Walid Shibib, our assistant editor to date, will replace her as managing editor.
