The Strategic Management Society is pleased to announce a special conference focused on <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region>. With C.K. Prahalad at the helm, the conference will be hosted by the <st1:placename w:st="on">Indian</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype> of Business, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Hyderabad</st1:city>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">India</st1:country-region></st1:place>. The conference will focus on the opportunities and challenges associated with enhancing innovation in a world which is becoming increasingly flatter. Businesses in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region>, both domestic and foreign, are redefining global industries through innovations in product, process and business models. Importantly, the emergence of innovations that are being targeted to the bottom of the pyramid, are heralding a significant shift to a more inclusive form of capitalism.
Along with several thought leaders, both scholars and practitioners, in the field of strategic management, we are expecting over a dozen CEOs, who are blazing new trails both in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region> and across the world, to participate in the conference.
