    Dear Aimé Heene,

    Could you clarify "SME"? (Small Medical Enterprises?,  Small  Manufacturing Enterprises? Strategic Manufacturing Enterprise?).  

    That is, what is the desired domain you are restricting your search to, for information about the practice of strategic planning and management?
