The Journal of Management and Governance will support the 10th edition of WOA (Workshop di
Organizzazione Aziendale) that will be held in Cagliari on April 29th and 30th, 2009 (www.woa2009.it).
Within the WOA a session will be devoted to Corporate Governance Within Different Models of Family
Business. Structures, Relationships, and Devices (Co-chairs: Rosario Faraci, University of Catania, Co-
Editor of JMG; and Francesca Visintin, University of Udine).
The call for this track has been published on the WOA website (http://www.woa2009.it/track.htm#03). The
deadline for submission is November 22nd, 2008. The call for paper is downloadable at the Internet address

Papers can be submitted both in Italian and English languages. Topics of interests are: The ownership and
governance of family businesses in Italy, Europe and around the world; Strategy, organization and family
business; The sociology of family and family business.
For those papers submitted in English, JMG is very delighted to provide a fast-track for the best five papers
which the Co-chairs will select for publication, according to the Journal of Management and Governance
rules for manuscript submission.
