    Dear Collegues,
     
    following the excellent symposium "Corporate Governance and Strategic Management in Different Contexts" organized at the 2008 Academy of Management Meeting by Arturo Capasso and Giovanni Battista Dagnino, sponsored by three Divisions (IM, BPS and ENT), the Journal of Management and Governance will publish a Special Issue whose Guest Editors will be Arturo Capasso (Università del Sannio) and Wei Shen (University of Florida).
    The deadline is November 30, 2009.
    The call for paper is available at the website of JMG on Springer Verlag http://www.disas.unisi.it/jmg/or at the following website address http://www.governanceandstrategyaom2008.net/files/sicorpgovandstratman.pdf.
    Roberto Di Pietra, the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management and Governance announced also the Arca Award for the best article published in 2009 http://www.governanceandstrategyaom2008.net/files/arcabestarticle2009.pdf.
