I am writing to let you know that the Early Career Development Committee has extended the deadline for this year's Professional Development Workshop and Networking dinner for early career scholars. Registration will remain open until Friday, May 6, 2011.
The Committee is very excited to offer the following panel discussion topics at the workshop:
1. Funding Sources and Strategies for Industry Studies Research 2. Performing and Publishing Industry Studies Research 3. Finding Career Success & Happiness: Advice for Crafting a Fulfilling Academic Path
Additionally, I would like to remind the advanced level PhD students that they are also encouraged to attend.
