You are cordially invited to attend the AOM symposium

"The Dark Side of Inter-Organizational Relationships"

While the study of inter-organizational relationships is an enduring area of research, a nascent but growing body of work is focusing on the "dark side" of these relationships. This symposium is aimed at advancing research by encouraging conversation on the causes and effects of conflict and/or misconduct (intentional or unintentional) in inter-organizational relationships. The symposium is composed of five studies that examine key conceptual and empirical challenges across a range of contexts, levels of analysis, and research methods.

    Symposium organizers:

    Ilgaz Arikan (Kent State University)

    Fabrice Lumineau (Purdue University)
