My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analytic review of the performance feedback theory. We are looking for unpublished studies that report at least one relationship between a performance feedback mechanism (performance above or below an aspiration level) and an organizational action. Please consider contributing to our study by providing us with any unpublished manuscripts (including dissertation work) that focus on one or more of the above-mentioned relationships. Ideally, studies should include correlation tables and information on sample characteristics.
