The Department of Management at the University of Texas Arlington is inviting applications for a senior faculty member of open rank in Management to begin fall 2011. We are seeking an individual at the advanced Associate or Full professor rank with a distinguished scholarly research record in the fields of organizational behavior or human resource management. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for an Endowed Chair. Candidates will have an earned doctorate, a sustained record of publishing in top management journals, and a proven record of teaching excellence. In particular we are seeking someone with a commitment to mentoring junior faculty and doctoral students. Candidates should be an active researcher and a team player willing to build relationships with faculty, students, administration and the university community. The University of Texas Arlington is a research focused university with competitive salary and teaching loads. The appointment is pending budgetary approval and will begin Fall 2011.
