The Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School invites
applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant, experienced
Assistant or Associate level) in Organization Theory for our Barcelona
campus. Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality
research and the potential to teach in a dynamic multicultural environment.
We welcome candidates with a variety of disciplinary and methodological
approaches, with an academic focus in organization theory, economic
sociology and related fields. We seek applicants that are motivated by
