Open Rank Tenured or Tenure-track Faculty Position
The School of Management and Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, CUHK (SZ), is seeking to fill one or more tenure-track or tenured faculty positions in Management (Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship etc.). The stating date of the positions is flexible and can be as early as January 2017.
Successful candidates should have a Doctorate (or foreign equivalent) degree (granted when reporting for duty) in Management, or in a related field (e.g., Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Theory). The candidates are expected to
· publish in top-tier academic journals;
· contribute to teaching the school's Undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., and Executive Development programs;
· participate in other research- and teaching-related activities.
Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK(SZ) and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable to the People's Republic of China (PRC).
